Ready for your race? Have you already mastered basic crawl / breaststroke technique but want to swim faster/ more comfortably? Then 5 lessons is a good choice. Leave an interval of 2 to 4 weeks between each lesson. 1 lesson lasts 30 minutes
Where do we start? 10 lessons is ideal if you are starting from scratch and want to learn crawl or breaststroke. Leave 1-2 weeks between each lesson. Of course, everyone is free to choose, we can also spread 10 lessons over a longer period to follow up/ perfect technique, for example.
