3 hours of lessons + online follow-up in between. With 3 lessons you will have the basic principles to integrate barefoot into your daily life/walking and possibly start up walking if desired.
5 hours of lessons + online follow-up in between.In 5 lessons you will learn the basics and we can also expand your walking skills. Ideal for those who are interested in switching from walking to barefoot walking.
10 hours of lessons + online follow-up in between. 10 lessons are ideal for long-term follow-up where we can also specifically develop and monitor running goals.

For example, a bike ride where we go over cadence, braking technique, cornering and other technical aspects.
